Funny you should ask. I just recently experimented with making a peanut sauce and used it over warm (instead of cold) noodles. It’s easy and delicious. Hope you enjoy it. Silvia
Warm spaghetti with a cold sesame peanut sauce
1 lb. spaghetti
∠cup smooth peanut butter
∠cup water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 clove minced garlic
4 tablespoons chopped scallions
Pinch or two of cayenne pepper
Pinch or two of crushed red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain
In the meantime, mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a wire whisk until all is incorporated and smooth. Toss with the pasta and serve.

Can you use a reduced fat or fat free peanut butter in this recipe?
We do not reccomend reduced fat or fat free peanut butter. These PB’s usually have many unwanted additives such as additional sugar. Natural PB is a good source of protein & healthly fat. If you are looking to reduce calories, look toward portion size of the meal. Reducing portion size is a great habit to create for those that are interested in weight reduction. Enjoy good food in smaller portions! That is our 411!

I purchased PB Loco that you reccomend in the directory ( i think you also mentioned it in one of your emails) these peanut butters are terrific. The one with bananna was gone in a few days. I really enjoy your product picks.
