Alili Morocco - Celebrating Morocco's agricultural heritage, they are are bringing wonderful products to the US. Olive oil, honeys, olives, spreads. Their jars are beautiful to just look at! The taste of all their products is excellent. We are in love with their lavender honey. See our blog post on their harissa paste. Wonderful resource.
Elikan Harvest - 3 Greek-American sisters want to share the delicious olive oil from their family's farm in southern Greece! Produced in limited quantities using traditional artisanal farming methods. We throughly enjoyed the delicious, peppery (wonderful aroma) and taste of this special olive oil.
Bari Olive Oil Company - A California Olive Oil,started in Fresno, CA in 1936 by Frank and Vito Pantaleo. It is now being produced by Wiebe Farms (farmers for over 50 years) also in California. We sampled many of their wonderful extra virgin olive oils - a good EVOO makes all the difference when preparing food. We tried their balsamic vinegar which was also terrific.
Stella Cadent - Outstanding CA EVOO. The olives are hand pressed the "old fashion" way – no pesticides are used when growing, Delicious complex flavor, very fruity. Their flavored oils are unique. They crush the olives along with the fruit instead of infusing the flavor after the oil is already produced. Straight out of the bottle they make an exciting dipping oil.
Olinda Ridge - Family run ranch crafting EVOO from their own olives. The olives are mission and manzanillio varietals and are grown organically with sustainable farming methods. We sampled their 3 varieties. Honestly, all 3 were terrific. Our pick (if pressed to choose) would be the olio organico with its bold taste.
La Tourangelle - CA artisan oil mill know for their exceptional handcrafted nut oils. They strictly follow the 150 year old traditional methods of their "sister" oil mill in France. The mill is 100% organic & kosher! Their collection includes CA roasted walnut ( an award winner), French roasted hazelnut, CA roasted Almond, CA toasted Pecan and Pistachio oils, Japanese toasted sesame and expeller pressed grapeseed. They have just added Avocado oil and both black and white truffle oils. Their EVOO is imported from France. We finished a batch of polenta with their walnut oil and the entire batch of polenta never made it to the plate—what flavor it adds!
Manni - Direct from Toscano, Manni uses his “Live Oil” method of harvesting, pressing, & preservation to protect their goodness & health benefits.One rare olive, two unique oil, Per Mio Figlio (For My Child) is made from the olives grown halfway up the mountain, whose oil boasts an elevated content of polyphenols but that is soft on the palate with a delicate bouquet or Per Me (For Me)whose olives come from the mountain plantations a comple, gourmet oil.
Olio2go - They import, distribute, and sell fine Italian olive oils directly to consumers. They travel throughout Italy to search out the very best olive oils. Their web site offers valuable information about olive oil so that you can appreciate the differences in the regions from which these oils come, and in the ways that the olive oils enhance food. We sampled one of their organic oils made from Taggiasca olives - AZ. AGR. San Damiano EVOO. It was a delicate oil, well balanced. We enjoyed it very much.
Nudo- Adopt a Olive Tree - Adopt an olive tree on their hillside in Italy (a good excuse to go and visit it!) and you reap the olive oil that is produced. On their website, peruse their organic groves & select your tree. They send the recipient an adoption certificate, info/updates on the tree. Robbins Family Farm - A small producer of Tuscan, Spanish, and California varietal olive oils in CA. They sustainably grow their trees and hand pick the olives. To maintain maximum taste and freshness they hand bottle just prior to shipping. The Tuscan blend is our pick but they all shine.
Olio & Spices - Excellent spice blends, innovative sauces such as BBQ Fig or Lemon & Mint Chili - they enable you to change your meals from ordinary to gourmet by just adding one of their sauces or spice blends.
McEvoy Ranch - Certified organic olive oil, made from Tuscan varietals and grown in California.
Davero - Dry Creek Estate extra virgin olive oil, they imported trees from Tuscany & planted them on their Sonoma County farm, they also offer their 2004 Meyer Lemon Olive Oil & many other artisan products

Napa Valley Grapeseed Oil - Made from the heart of the grape, the seed. After the pressing of the grapes for wine, the pomace (skins, stems and seeds) is gathered & the seeds are separated. The seeds are dried before the oil is pressed from them. They use the cold-press (non-solvent extraction) method to extract the oil, to preserve the oil’s unique flavor & valuable nutrients in grapeseed oil.

Round Pond - In Napa Valley, a working estate with vineyards, and orchards. They create artisan olive oils, vinegars, and limited-production wines. The wine vinegars express the variety of grape being used All is organically or sustainably farmed and hand-harvested.

Terra Sonoma Verjus - The nonfermented juice of unripe green grapes. The juice comes from immature fruit with high acidity, it can be used in the same manner--to heighten flavor--as vinegar or lemon juice. Verjus juice avoids the tartness of vinegar, the sharpness of lemon juice, and doesn't mask flavors; it enhances them.
Java & Co. - Small batch gourmet coffee infused syrups( made with arabica coffee beans no corn syrups or preservatives! We found them to be delicious and extremely versatile! Brush on grille meats, fruits, pour over pancakes, waffles, ice cream, add to milkshakes,hot chocolate, etc! Packaged in a classic glass flask bottle with a cloth bag they make a terrific "foodie" gift.
Tulocay's Made in Napa Valley - What a find! Delicious homemade oils/vinegars/rubs/sauces/glazes,mustards & tapenades, marinades, glazes, rubs. Fresh flavors of the Napa Valley scream through these products. We were fortunate to taste them - these are products that make eating at home delicious and easy.
Starship Sauces - All natural Cajun sauces - you just add the rice and meat. We sampled the Gumbo & Jambalaya - what any easy way to make authentic Cajun meals! Fresh flavors, good size pieces of veggies - a high quality sauce. Great resource!
The Art of Chipotle - Fresh, all natural sauces, salsas & pure chipotle paste. All are terrific time savers for quick meal prep. All offered up interesting fresh flavor combos. Low in sodium & gluten free which is not easy to find in prepared sauces. So many ways to use this - we really enjoyed these products, - this is a company that cares about its ingredients, and this shows in their products.
Curry Simple - Shelf ready real Thai curry sauces with fresh ingredients/spices & this is the real deal. Made in Thailand and they are delicious - we tried them all. Your family & guest will think you have been cooking for days!

Ceriello Fine Foods - Italian Speciality Shop. Fresh meats, sausages, their own sauces, imported specialties. Their sauces are homemade in small batches and use San Marzano tomatoes! The highest quality tomato, and yes it makes a big difference! Thumbs way up for their fresh, fragrant - really good sauces. The price of the sauce is also excellent. We really enjoyed every variety.
Cucina Antica - All-natural tomato sauces. The chef personally travels to Southern Italy to hand select only the finest San Marzano Italian Plum Tomatoes. The sauces have a fresh light homemade taste. Our favorite is the La Vodka, you will think you are in a restaurant - what fresh flavor!
Milo's Whole World - Gourmet grape varietal tomatoes sauces! An array of unique flavors are added. They also offer "dinner kits" that make a great gift.
Dave's Gourmet - Heirloom tomatoes, fresh herbs & roasted garlic make these tomato sauces special. They have a fresh summer flavor, the Golden Heirloom is made with yellow tomatoes.
Epicerie et Confiserie du Prov - Flower Syrups are from Grasse, France . These are extremely rare and special. Fort 150 years, the same family with only 6 employees make these floral syrups in very small batches . Use these to flavor ice creams, in champagne or wine or drizzled over yogurt or soft cheeses. They worked great in creme brulee.
Hickoryworks - Shagbark hickory syrup, made from the bark of the tree. Used for glazes, marinades, etc.
Robert Lambert's - Very unique syrups for addition to drinks, over ice cream, pancakes, cheese, yogurt. Desserts suaces & other artisan condiments - all very delicious - we sampled many, yumm...

Old State Farms - Family owned, their syrup is made the old fashion way using a wood fired evaporator& a lot of hard work.
