La Cense Beef - Natural, true 100% grass fed and grass finished beef from select Black Angus cattle raised on the pastures of the La Cense ranch in Dillon, Montana.It is dry-aged for 19 days and then hand cut. We have had the treat of sampling steak burgers, a ribeye and a NY strip. True beef flavor with a very clean taste. Truly excellent. Lean and lower in fat than grain fed beef.

SayersBrook Bison Ranch - More commonly known as buffalo meat, their bison is 97% fat free and has 40% more protein than beef. We sampled several cuts and they were delicious - moist and full of flavor. Their herd of 1,000 bison roam free on 4,000 acres ranch in rural Missouri and graze on its native grasses.

Big Valley Buffalo - They raise approx 1,800 buffalo on the grasslands in Oregon. The animals are raised without hormones or antibiotics of any kind , 100% grass fed and free range. They do not use feedlots or animal feeds. We tried several cuts of steak and they were excellent. Tender - slight different flavor from beef but not gamey at all. Very enjoyable and healthy.
